On Saturday 20th April we had our first girls’ day of 2024. We met with 21 grade 5 and 6s and spoke about self-worth, confidence, and esteem.

In 2015 I left Limpopo and my family and moved to Gauteng in search of better opportunities. Moving to Gauteng was the biggest and bravest decision I have ever made. Coming to a new environment and home was challenging and I am so grateful that I found Ithuteng. Through Ithuteng, I was able to form new relationships and settle into a new world. I left my biological mother in Limpopo but God has been so good to me and I have been blessed with family figures who have had a huge impact in my life.
