Speech Therapist Position
Location: LIV Durban

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Therapist to join our team, working with children who present with speech and language difficulties. This position offers flexible hours.
The successful candidate will be based at LIV Durban.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants should:
• Be willing to support and uphold the Christian ethos and vision of LIV Village.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognised institution.
• Have valid registration with the HPCSA.
• Demonstrate competence in speaking, reading, and writing English; the ability to speak Zulu will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to:
• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in children.
• Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions as well as small group interventions.
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers and teachers.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and educators within the LIV community.
