A big thank you, from the preschool – to praise the Lord for his faithfulness and love:
We had training for the community teachers in late August 2022 and did not have the money to feed the teachers, so we went out and looked for sponsors. About a month before the time, we did not get any feedback and every time we asked the potential sponsors if they could help, their answer was “We are not sure yet”.
The Friday before the training on the Saturday, 3 people came through for us – we got bread from Spar, biscuits, and Oros from Food Zone, and Home of the Chicken Pie phoned and said they would donate 60 pies. I was extremely grateful, however, 60 pies would not have been enough for everyone. I prayed and said thank you to God for the wonderful gift He had given us, but said the pies wouldn’t be enough for everybody coming for the training. The next morning when Artwell went to pick up the pies, Home of the Chicken Pie had given us 100 pies which was more than enough to go around and feed the staff that worked that day.
