TEACHING

Teaching is at the heart of the LIV4Change discipleship school. LIV Village is Gospel-centred, biblically based, Spirit led, and people focused. The teaching is no different.

In the first semester there will be two teaching sessions a week. In these sessions we will learn about the Gospel of Jesus Christ as revealed throughout the whole narrative of scripture.

We believe the bible is the word of God and through it He reveals to us who He is and what He has done. From Genesis to Revelation we will learn about God’s design for mankind and his plan to redeem us to life in Christ.

As we go deeper into the full Gospel of Jesus, we will start to see the life he calls us to live. As teaching continues into the second semester, we will look at how we can be equipped to live out the missional life that Jesus calls all believers to live. Teaching will cover many different areas and topics, including God’s redemption plan, identity, spiritual gifts, being ministers of reconciliation, and many more.

The Gospel of Jesus is life-changing. It does not leave us the same. As we press into the Gospel revealed in scripture, and as the Spirit leads and moves in our sessions, we believe you will be transformed. These teachings are not just for head knowledge, they’re about heart and full-life change.

Alongside weekly teaching sessions, there will also be weekly group book studies, discussion sessions, time for prayer and worship.
