INTERNSHIPS
In the second semester, you will move into your chosen internship. Teaching and other aspects of village life will continue but you’ll spend most of each day working in a department of your choice as an intern. You will be given a mentor to work under who you will report to and who will guide you. Some examples of departments you may be able to intern in are: LIV Business, LIV School, Marketing, the ECD (Early Childhood Development), Maintenance, and more.
This is a great opportunity to gain work experience and also make a real impact on the village. You will serve in your internships for 3 months, giving you the opportunity to build relationship with your department team, to take ownership of projects, and to invest in an area that aligns with your interests and talents.
