LIV2run attended the Puma School of Speed event at Kings Park Athletics Stadium on Saturday, 10 February.
LIV took 26 athletes to compete in events 100m,200m,400m,800m,1500m and high jump.
The LIV athletic team proved themselves to be a force to be reckoned with and brought home 3 x gold medals, 1 x silver medal, 3 x bronze medals and a further 5 x medals for individuals who took part in finals.
One of the LIV2run athletes are also embarking on a very exciting journey when he will be participating in the Two Oceans 24km Trail Run in Cape Town on the 30th of March. Training for this event has been intense and hours upon hours were spent on the track and in the gym to get him fit and ready to compete. Coach Lindi Meyer believes that he is a strong competitor and we are looking forward to see him partake in this world renowned race.
