The LIV Welding Academy, in partnership with Afrox, is now running like a well-oiled machine. It is amazing to see the difference in these twelve students’ lives in such a short amount of time. Training takes place in a very constructive and effective environment and the attitudes of these eager young people are a pleasure to work with.
LIV Welding Academy has received the accreditation for the Chemical Industries Education & Training Authority (CHIETA) SETA and is in the process of obtaining the QCTO Occupational accreditation. Read more about the unveiling of the Welding School and how Afrox is involved here.
Students had training until the 8th of December and commence classes in January 2018. They will be going into the workplace mid-February for their first taste of the welding industry.
