Dear friends and family of LIV
Due to the unprecedented situation with the spread of the Corona Virus and after our State President’s address to the nation on Sunday 15 March 2020, we, along with the leadership in our villages, have had to make some drastic decisions to ensure the safety and well-being of our children, mothers, staff, volunteers, and local communities. LIV is going to implement a lockdown of the villages as from Wednesday 18th March. We will be operating with minimal live-in staff and present volunteers. All visits to the villages are cancelled including local and foreign groups.
Our faith and trust is in Jesus Christ and Him alone but we do believe that we need to be an example and shining light as we play our part in fighting this pandemic.
We look forward to opening our gates once more in the not too distant future. This will, however, all depend on the direction from our government leaders.
