On the 8th of June, LIV hosted their “hosts” for a Night of 1000 Banquets breakfast at the village.

The theme of the breakfast was an art display of the art which the very talented children on the village have worked on in the last two school terms. It was beautifully displayed by Miss Lee Symons – the art teacher. It was such a proud moment as the moms and the kids were able to see the talent that each child displayed in their work and as our guests were able to admire it.
The highlight of the morning was when the choir sang for the guests. There was not a dry eye as they sang Amazing Grace and to God be the Glory. Tich was able to share his heart as he spoke about how LIV started and all the developments that have happened to date.
To each of the hosts who have so graciously opened their homes and agreed to host a banquet we want to say a very sincere thank you to you. We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of your guests as they commit to sponsoring children or make a donation to LIV. Without our hosts none of this would be possible and it is only TOGETHER WE CAN make a meaningful difference in the lives of the orphaned and vulnerable children of this nation.
