TSA put some elbow grease into the village

TSA joined the team at LIV Village on Saturday the 24th April to help with sanding and painting one of the buildings on the farm.

TSA Managing Director, Greg Smith, had this to say about the visit:

TSA volunteers at the LIV Village Charity in South AfricaThe whole office headed out there last Saturday to sand down and then paint the old house that they are going to be using as an admin office.

We stopped for a breakfast on the way so only got out there mid morning but we spent the entire day there getting covered in paint and giving the house a face lift. Some of Angela’s kids lent a helping hand and the kids were a welcome distraction from the work every now and then. We did enjoy a lunch with them under the big tree in front of their house but it was short lived as we had to get back to work.
Sanding and painting was the brief but what we took away from the experience was far more than we gave and we’ll certainly be spending a lot more time with the children at LIV.

We took a few photos of the day and posted them to our Flickr page to show you a bit more. Just the play button below!

You guys were great. I am very proud of all of you and I am also pleased that TSA were the first company to put in an appearance on “the village.” I hope that you were blessed as much as you have blessed us. Thanks very much for making a difference.
